I just wanted to take a few moments to thank you for a wonderful experience. It is refreshing to find a company in this day and age that really knows how to conduct business.

I was referred to your company by M. S. who has been a customer of yours for several years. Even with her high reference of your firm, I still felt it necessary to do my due diligence and I got 3 other bids.

I was amazed at the difference in the way the various companies handled the consultations. Most were very pushy and seemed unconcerned about me. They also seemed to want to sell me far more items than I needed. Your employee Charlie was truly remarkable. He took the time to explain things to me, was never pushy and did not try to rush my decision or force me to sign anything. This was not my experience with some of the others.

When Jeremy came to install the system I was amazed that such a young man was so polite and knowledgeable. He too took time to explain everything to me. He did a fine job and cleaned up after himself. He even gave me his cell phone number so I could call him directly if I had a question.

These two fine gentlemen were a joy to have in my home. You can be very proud of your staff.

Dear General Manager,

I do not write many letters like this but felt that the performance of your people warranted it. We had just finished renovating our home when we thought about getting a security system. Because of the age of our home, most of the companies said we needed wireless systems but my husband wanted it to be wired. I was very hesitant about the wiring and possible damage to my newly plastered walls. Your consultant Peter (I think) had a supervisor named Lewis come out to perform a second consultation to make sure you could do the job to my husband’s specifications without damage. He reassured me that you could. You sent two men to do the job and they were able to complete it in one day. I don’t have their names, but maybe you have a record of who they were. They really deserve a commendation, and I am amazed at how they ran wires through my house. We were both completely satisfied with the work they performed and with our system. I truly appreciate the extra attention everyone gave me to help reduce my stress levels. They did a beautiful job.

Dear Sir,

I recently became a customer of yours. My house had a system in it when I bought it. I called a few companies to check on monthly rates. They all wanted to send me a sales person and didn’t want to give me hardly any information on the phone. I am busy and don’t have time for all that. Your guy was incredibly helpful over the phone, he told me how to find out what kind of system I had, let me know that you could use it, and gave me the price estimate over the phone. This alone got you my business, but your price is also one of the best. He scheduled and sent a guy out early in the morning to turn it on, so I could go to work on time. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of service and products I got when I called Bulldog. I never worried much about security… until one of my neighbors got broken into. I’d heard your radio commercials, but had put off calling for an estimate.

I called on a Tuesday, and you were able to send someone out Wednesday. After a very thorough walk-through of my home and discussion of what I was looking for, the quote was way under what I thought I would have to pay for a good system and monitoring, AND my installer Jerry was able to come out early in the morning to accommodate my work schedule.
